• PRODUCTS APPROVAL
All products will be approved by the Djavugroup team before being displayed on the website.

• FREEBIE.

• All users will be allowed to access the website freely for 3 months after which you pay continually.

• PAYMENTS AND DELIVERIES.

•Deliveries will be handled by the product seller. The transaction is strictly between the seller and the buyer.

• Escrow service will be made available to handle buying and selling transactions on request. This service is not compulsory.

• YOUR ACCOUNT.

• You may need your own Djavugroup account to use certain services and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it.
If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account and password and for denying access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. 

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS.

• If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated or your product has been copied by another seller, please submit your complaint using our online form.
This form may be used to report all types of intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark and protection claims.

• RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Djavugroup are made under a shipment contract.

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Unless with the use of the Escrow service, returns of products by buyers and acceptance of returned products by sellers shall be managed by us by the returns page on the trade site and may be amended from time to time.
Acceptance of returns shall be at our discretion subject to compliance with applicable laws of the territory.
